The innovative eShuttle, the result of the collaboration between Car-Bus.net and QEV Technologies, has been awarded as “Microbus of the Year in Spain 2024”. This award was presented at the “Premios Nacionales del Transporte” [National Transport Awards gala], organised by the magazines Transporte 3 and Viajeros. The jury was made up of 817 members, all road transport professionals. Twenty-four companies presented 68 models as candidates.
Since its presentation at BusWorld (Brussels), the eShuttle has been distinguished by its 20-passenger capacity and its possible configuration with space for one or more people with reduced mobility (RMP). With its 120 or 140 kWh battery capacity options and powerful regenerative braking, the minibus has a range of between 265 and 310 km (according to SORT3 cycle), setting a new standard in sustainable transport. Its remarkable charging efficiency, reaching 20% to 80% charge capacity in less than 1 hour, positions it as an ideal solution for today’s urban transport needs.
Car-Bus.net, known for its experience in the bodywork of minibuses, has transformed the eShuttle, adapting it to the specific needs and requirements of each client, with the option of adapted access for RMP. Also, QEV Technologies’ advanced technology reflects a strong commitment to sustainability and electric mobility.
This recognition underlines the joint effort and vision of both companies, consolidating their leadership in the sustainable transport sector. The eShuttle is not only a breakthrough in electric vehicle technology, but also a significant step towards a greener and more accessible future.
